BBQ & Live fIre cooking is my passion; from the first job at the helm of a high volume Grill shop through the decade plus of managing a high profile ambulance service feeding staff and facilities any opportunity I had. I’ve been a student of the smoke for many years, with BBQ Legends as personal friends traveling to work with some of the top in the business is the passion. My 20 year old daughter and I each had your smoked pimento mac-n-cheese at The Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational BBQ, and it was amazing. She is a mac-n-cheese snob and she was all over it. Of course I was too! And the brisket I had was on point. Especially as vending brisket, in the cold and rain. I know how hard it is to crank out large quantities of brisket and keep it right. Yours was comp worthy. Well done Burnt Bermuda BBQ!
